As General Partner at Turtle Venture Studio, I run a Delaware-domiciled $5M pre-seed fund backing pre-institutional fintech founders across South and Southeast Asia. We pair $125K of capital per company with a 20-week embedded co-building programme — we don't mentor from the sidelines, we sit inside the business until it's investable.
Before the fund, I spent eight years designing the infrastructure that early-stage founders in Bangladesh didn't have. Thirty-five-plus accelerator and incubator programmes. Seven hundred-plus startups and SMEs through them. Programmes funded by IFC, the Embassy of Switzerland, the Embassy of Germany, GAIN and the World Food Programme, and policy work with the ICT Ministry and Startup Bangladesh on the National Startup Policy.
I'm a certified Investment Readiness and Impact Measurement & Management expert (Roots of Impact GmbH), a Forbes 30 Under 30 Asia honouree for social impact, a U.S. State Department Professional Fellow, and ranked in the top 1% globally of VC Lab Cohort 20 at Decile Group.
What I care about most: the founder in Dhaka, Colombo or Karachi solving a real financial-access problem who has never had a serious investor take the meeting. That's the whole thesis.
